At Little Paw & Home, we want every shopping experience to be enjoyable. If an item does not work out, you may return it under the conditions outlined below.
Order Cancellation
All orders are processed automatically once they are confirmed.
For this reason, cancellations are not possible after an order is placed.
If your order has already been shipped, you must wait until delivery and then request a return in accordance with this policy.
Returns
Returns are not free. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer regardless of the reason or location.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met.
The product has not been used
The product is returned in its original packaging
The product is not damaged by the customer
Hygiene products and underwear are not eligible for return
The return shipment includes a tracking number
You notify us in advance before sending the return
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and include clear photos upon receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that appear used, damaged, or do not meet the conditions above.
How to Return an Item
First step

The reason for the return
Photos if the product is damaged
We will provide you with the correct return address.
Do not return items to the sender address listed on the package.
Second step
Ship the item with a valid tracking number.
You are responsible for the shipment until it reaches us.
The return must be shipped within 14 days after our confirmation.
Third step
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery.

If you would like to exchange an item for another size or color, this may be possible.
Shipping costs for the replacement item are approximately 15 USD depending on weight.
Returning the original item is not required in this case.

Unclaimed Packages
